At Meraki Studio Jewellery, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. That's why we have a hassle-free returns policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it. We believe in giving our customers ample time to make a decision and be confident in their purchase.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team and provide them with your order details. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.

When returning an item, please ensure that it is in its original condition, unworn, and with all the original packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged, altered, or are missing any parts.

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we will issue store credit that does not expire from the issue date.

Meraki Studio Jewellery does not provide refunds. 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit, depending on the availability of the item.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We prioritize the safety and well-being of our customers, and this policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality.
